A STREET ACCIDENT

A street accident becomes a common incident in Bangladesh. Some days ago, a tragic accident happened just before my eyes. A boy was crossing the road near Dhanmandi. A bus with full speed was coming from the opposite. When the boy saw the bus a few yards near him, he got puzzled and ran backwards. The driver of the bus tried his best to save the boy, but he failed, The bus came on and knocked him down. I ran to the boy in the twinkling of an eye. I thought he was dead. Thanks God, he was not, In a pool of blood he lay senseless with the wounds received. I took him to the Medical College Hospital and informed his parents of the accident.
